Garry has over 30 years of mechanical engineering design experience in Southern California providing designs for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems. He also has vast expertise with steam systems and central utility plants. He also posses engineering/design, project management, and construction administration of acute care hospitals, healthcare facilities, institutional, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Garry’s experience includes 25+ years in working with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD); California Building Codes; American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioned Engineers (ASHRAE); and California’s Title 24 and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
